许俊鹏、字炳章，斋号紫玉斋，自号“紫玉斋翁”，1948年生，广东潮州人。杰出书法家、“陈半丁艺术奖”中国书法终身成就奖获得者，故宫博物院最美代言人，《书法报 书画天地》聚焦“人民心中的大师”活动中获评“人民心中的大师”。现为潮州市许俊鹏书法艺术馆馆长、北京京华阁书画院和北京古今翰墨书画院副院长、中国文化名人许俊鹏工作室和《书法报 书画天地》教学创作基地领衔人，中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会艺术顾问。个人成就入编中华人民共和国2020年年鉴。2021年,在建党百年《全国首批历史文化传承人》评选活动中，获评“建党百年全国首批书法传承人”荣誉称号。

自小受潮州文化薰淘，酷爱书法艺术，擅长草书。师法王羲之、怀素、孙过庭，并学习毛泽东的豪雄大气质。作品遒劲刚健，纵逸奔放又显磅礴大气，更充满着浑厚的文化底蕴。传承和发扬中国草书文化，创造性地丰富了草书笔划线条和字体的形态美感。从艺数十年，多次参加全国性重要比赛和书画家赴韩国，新加坡，联合国交流展、精品展并获一等奖、金奖、特别金奖等奖项。
Influenced by Chaozhou culture since childhood, he loves calligraphy and is good at cursive calligraphy. Learn from Wang Xizhi, Huai Su and sun Guoting, and learn from Mao Zedong's heroic temperament. The works are vigorous, unrestrained, magnificent and full of rich cultural heritage. Inherit and carry forward Chinese cursive culture, and creatively enrich the morphological beauty of cursive strokes, lines and fonts. For decades, he has participated in important national competitions and calligraphers and painters to South Korea, Singapore, United Nations exchange exhibitions and boutique exhibitions, and won the first prize, Gold Award, special gold award and other awards.
2013年，作为文化部文化艺术人才中心特邀艺术家，入编由文化部文化艺术人才中心主编，中央文献出版社出版的《一代翘楚》五大家书法作品集(包括欧阳中石，沈鹏，许俊鹏，张海，王庆元五人)。
2O16年12月，经中华人民共和国文化部批准，文化部文化艺术人才中心主办，成功在北京中国国家画院国展美术中心举办“书写人生 绘出风采”——许俊鹏书法展。
2O17年，入编由中国当代美术出版社出版的《中国当代国学大师国礼艺术家》(包括书法家欧阳中石、沈鹏、许俊鹏、李铎和画家勒尚宜、范曾、黄永玉、姚治华、何家英等人)。
2018年和2019年全国两会期间，《人民代表报》两会特刊以一整版和两个整版刊登许俊鹏作品。
2019年在广东潮州市成立“许俊鹏书法艺术馆”和中国文化名人“许俊鹏书法工作室”。11月19日，由中国中外名人文化研究会学术委员会在潮州市举办许俊鹏书法艺术学术研讨会。12月获评书法大师（人民心中的大师），12月24日出版的《书法报 书画天地》封面、封底、封二、封三公示。

In 2017, he was included in the national ceremony artists, masters of Chinese contemporary Sinology, published by China Contemporary Art Publishing House (including calligraphers Ouyang Zhongshi, Shen Peng, Xu Junpeng, Li duo and painters Le Shangyi, fan Zeng, Huang Yongyu, Yao Zhihua, he Jiaying, etc.).
During the two sessions in 2018 and 2019, the special issue of the two sessions of the people's Congress published Xu Junpeng's works in one full page and two full pages.
In 2019, "Xu Junpeng calligraphy art museum" and "Xu Junpeng calligraphy studio" were established in Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. On November 19, the academic committee of Chinese and foreign celebrity culture research association held an academic seminar on Xu Junpeng's calligraphy art in Chaozhou City. In December, he was rated as a master of calligraphy (a master in the hearts of the people), and the front, back, second and third covers of calligraphy newspaper calligraphy and painting world published on December 24 were publicized.
2020年荣获第十三届中国重阳书画展金奖、“陈半丁艺术奖”中国书法终身成就奖，受邀为故宫博物院最美代言人，在潮州成立《书法报、书画天地》教学创作基地。个人成就入编2020年中华人民共和国年鉴。
2021年,在建党百年《全国首批历史文化传承人》评选活动中，获评“建党百年全国首批书法传承人”荣誉称号。
